Meet the Clinician
Greetings! I'm Shantel L. Chapman, an independently licensed mental health counselor in Florida & North Carolina, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Veteran, and the owner of Optimum Healing Circle LLC. I have over 9 years of experience in the behavioral health field including work in child welfare, community mental health, Substance use counseling, vocational counseling and SMI (serious mental Illness) populations. My purpose in life is to support others on their journey of healing and improving their mental health. My mission is to increase access to mental health care to individuals from all communities, with a focus on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) communities.
